Money is gone,again.

I was refunded after my last post here, waited a week after calling and emailing merchant so much my hands hurt but only responses were I was wrong. I have all proof so I made account here and after I used public forum I was refunded last night. This was an initial charge, but I'm gonna add two more receding addys which charged me for random fees.

    Here are the fees which I was charged tgen was never given what I paid for and supposedly my my bitcoin is just sitting in your account drawing money off it that I should be getting BECAUSE IT'S MINE.

    Hello,

    We are sorry to hear that you have experienced a lot of frustration with these orders and I am sure there is no ill intent by the merchant. I think the issue is that there were multiple payments made to a single invoice an that is what needs to be refunded. The invoice from the previous support ticket has an overpaid amount on it currently.

    I will have another member from our team (who originally responded to your other ticket) look at this and make sure.

    We should have this resolved quickly so thank you for your patience.

    If they do not resolve this within 2 days, please contact us again with a BTC refund address and we will take care of it.

    Believe me I already have they said they have,that was over a week ago.
    With bad circumstances it would have made it through in 2 business days.

    You guys have the return addy as that's a requirement to even buy with
    bitcoin from you but if it's lost I can pull it back up again.I'm not a
    mean person and I know this isn't personally your fault but it seems like
    if I don't just stay on top of these transactions and constantly badger
    then I would lose out.

    You can see the double charge made on fees which I assume are your fees for
    the deal on the earlier email I sent you.

    That is incorrect. The fees that you are referring to are bitcoin transaction ("miner") fees. We do NOT receive these fees and the merchant does not receive these fees. It is the cost of doing a transaction on the bitcoin network. Most wallets will charge the sender these transaction fees, but it appears that your wallet deducts them from the total amount sent. This caused the invoice to be underpaid by the amount of the transaction fees ... hence the automatic request for the remaining balance.

    We will refund the amount that you sent in total, MINUS the transaction fees associated with the refund transaction.

    It appears that the problem is with your wallet provider. They appear to be charging you a fee (1.25%?).

    From looking at the block explorer information below, it shows that they did not send the amount requested for the invoice (0.0272 BTC).

    Hi Brandon,

    We have spoken with PlayerAuction about the invoice in question. I expect that we will hear back no later than Monday and we can issue a refund for the amount due.

    GoCoin does not have ability to refund an invoice without permission from the account holder (PlayerAuctions)

    However, PlayerAuctions is typically very quick to respond to these issues so this will be resolved shortly. I assure you that there is no trickery by either party. Just standard due diligence.
