Your merchant account has no KYC uploaded and verified. This is requires in order to receive payouts. Once you have uploaded the documentation that identifies yourself and your business we can issue a payout immediately.
If there was a delay in response to your support ticket, it was most likely caused by the weekend. We try to be as diligent as possible but sometimes there can be short delays in response time.

My shop does not operate from The US and I can only integrate by ACH
through my Bank Account from Payoneer. Thank you.
