Error 422 Invalid Invoice Parameters

Hello guys! Just integrated our Shopify store with GoCoin however we are getting a 422 invalid invoice parameters and unable to process a payment...

    What is the account name you signed up with? I can check your account and see why this error might be occurring.

    We have reviewed the logs and do not see attempts to create an invoice on our API with your merchant_id. Did you configure your Shopify store with the proper merchant_id and hmac_key?

    Yes both values are in shopify's config correctly... doubled checked now...

    Hi Alex,

    We have done some extensive testing on the shopify integration and we were unable to recreate the invalid invoice parameters issue. As we mentioned, we were not tracking any api calls from your merchant id. This means that the issue is likely occurring somewhere in your Shopify settings.

    Well Julien I think this is really a thing on your end...I do see some
    invoices were tried to be created but customers told us that they got an
    error on page:

    This would mean our KEYS are correct! Otherwise this invoices wouldt had
    been created on your end.

    I dont know! It seems that invoices were created but not payed. However when we test ourselves in our computers and mobiles it always gives us that same error

    Now on validation, our documents were denied...can you help me with that?
