Merchant Account Verification

Hi,

I recently set up a new merchant account. Around a week ago.

I have not had any emails or confirmations on ym account and it is still unverified, I cannot add payment details.

Please can you confirm how i go about getting verified, I have already submitted the two ID documents.

Also is there a support email address? In the merchant portal there is no help facility?

    Sometimes there can be a delay for the account to display as verified. Please check now.
