Customer Receives Error message

I have set up my account but I cannot process the payment? What could be the problem?
As soon as the button "Pay" (see screenshot) is clicked I receive the message "There was a problem with your submission. Please refresh the page and try again"
Refreshing does not change anything. One customer tried several times and did not get the payment through (he is the first customer using the payment, so so far no payment was processed.

I hope someone can help.

    This should be fixed now. The default fiat payout currency was USD for your merchant account. We have set it to EUR now.
