Sent Bitcoin but the timer expired

I was buying a product on playerauctions.com, I selected bitcoin and I brought me to the payment page, so I sent the amount needed which was 0.0028 btc to the address 3Csn4YULbYGn2YqwRqto2AAcoWkSnTmYqf which was what the payment page ask me to send to. However there was a timer on the site, and I was sending it from a crypto exchange and they had to manually confirm withdrawals, the timer expired over 15 minutes and my bitcoin was sent a couple hours later. What happens now? Do I get a refund? Here is some proof and information:
