Could not verify payout account.

Hello, We've been trying to get a Bitcoin and Litecoin address verified, but when we click on the activation link in the email it says "Could not verify payout account". These addresses are both created on a Trezor hardware wallet. The bitcoin address starts with a "3" and the litecoin address starts with an "L". Are these address types supported? Or do I need to use a 'legacy' address, or is there something else wrong?

Dash verification worked fine.

Thanks,

    Hello,

Yes, our system will require you to convert the LTC addresse to a legacy address. You can use a tool like this one: https://litecoin-project.github.io/p2sh-convert/

The BTC should work but we can try to manually verify them if you provide the last 4 digits of the addresses

Thank you! The legacy litecoin address worked. We were also able to verify a bitcoin address, and a legacy bitcoin address from another Trezor.

Could you please remove the following not yet verified / test addresses (last 4 digits shown):

    BTC:
    tKck
    WQ4h

    LTC:
    mk7T
    gBf2

    DASH:
    JqqP
