    Hello Badi,

Tether is not a payout option we have but you can have your BTC converted to USD. This conversion happens when the invoice is processed so there is no risk.

The abandoned accounts fees only apply if there is a balance on the account that we are unable to pay out for whatever reason.

In order to get your account setup correctly, try following these steps. All of these can be accomplished in the merchant dashboard.

    1. Add your KYC documentation. We need this in order to verify you and your businesses identity.

    2. Add a fiat payout account in the payout options menu.

    3. Set your split settings to receive 0% in BTC. This will mean that all BTC payments will be converted to Fiat currency. Same goes for the other Crypto should you choose to accept them as well.

Doing these steps should fix the payment error you are seeing.
