Navigating The New Merchant Dashboard

While the new dashboard may look very different than what your are used to seeing, all of the features you normally use are still intact and we also have added some very helpful tools. This guide will go over the basics of navigating the new dashboard.

Upon logging in, you will be brought to the home page where your current balance and revenue charts are shown. You can click on each currency type which will then bring you to the transaction history of that currency.

On the left side of the dashboard you will find the main navigation menu.

Invoices

All of your invoices will be shown here in real time. You can now filter by date and status more effectively, so locating specific invoices is easier than ever.

You can select multiple filters to narrow down your search

If you want to search for an invoice by name, email or other order information, use the search bar on the top left of the dashboard that says "Search For Anything." Please let us know if you are experiencing any issues locating invoices. Please also consult our article on invoice help, including refunds.

Preferences

There are three sections located under preferences

Here you can add the required information that identifies your business.

Payouts

Here you can add your respective payout accounts and review your payout history. Once a payout account is added, you will still need to verify it by email.

Notifications

Your notification settings will determine what you are notified about via email.

The integrations menu will allow you to setup your website or plugin. Please review our other documentation or ask us for help!

There are two drop downs in the top right as well. The first grants access to your user profile, the KYC center and password change options
