GoCoin can refund to the end customers desired refund address should the need arise. A refund can be setup directly from the invoice page but you will need the customers refund address to complete it. How you obtain that is at your discretion. 


The invoice will be refunded in the currency in which it was paid. An invoice can be refunded up to the full amount of the base price of the invoice, at current market rate.


Refunds must be requested within 90 days of the original transaction. GoCoin may take up to 5 business days to process a refund.


GoCoin may charge a $10 refund fee to the Merchant for any refunds not resulting from error on GoCoin's part. GoCoin may waive these charges at its discretion. The Merchant may pass these charges on to the customer based on their own refund policy.


**The merchant must have the required funds in their balance to complete a refund. In very rare cases GoCoin may help the merchant process the refund without the needed funds**
